What should someone know about you?

If you reach out, I'll probably be the first person you talk to. I know finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to figure it out alone. I am here to make that first step feel less intimidating. Whether you have a million questions or you’re just testing the waters, I'm here to help in a way that feels right for you.

What does client care mean to you?

Client care for me is more than answering calls and booking sessions. It's making sure our clients feel heard, supported, and treated with kindness from the very first interaction. It's about creating a space where someone feels safe asking for help, without judgment or pressure. Everyone's journey is different, and my goal is to make the process of finding support as smooth and reassuring as possible.

What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant to try therapy?

I'd say… you don't have to be 100% ready to start therapy - you just have to be open to seeing where it leads. It's normal to feel unsure, nervous, or even skeptical. But therapy isn't about having all the answers before you walk in, it's about giving yourself the chance to explore things with someone who truly listens. If you're on the fence, start small. Have a conversation. See how it feels. You don't have to commit to anything before you're ready. And if you ever need to talk it through, I'm happy to help however I can.
